- Are you ready to stretch those limbs? Hike Barbados invites you to explore the nooks and crannies of the island by taking a hike with them. Each Sunday, a group takes off to discover another part of Barbados. Hikes are free, but a donation to the Barbados National Trust will not be turned away. The "stop and stare" hike offers a leisurely walk, the "here and there" group moves more energetically and the "grin and bear" hike is for those accustomed to walking. If you time your trip right, you can enjoy the monthly moonlight hike starting at 5:30p.
