Brighton Tavern (The)

• Having undergone two refurbishments in recent years, the Brighton Tavern is now a cosy, comfortable, traditional pub. Large wooden tables are good for groups. An old fireplace, big mirrors, wooden floors and candles add to the quaint feel. The crowd are mainly late twenties onwards and on a Friday evening at 9pm seats were still available. Harveys ales, Hoegarden white beer, lagers, ciders, wines and spirits may be purchased. Food is served M-Su from noon-4p and 1p-4p on Sundays when booking might be advisable.
