  • This unique, take-away and delivery service (within Brighton and Hove) offers free range chicken marinated in a choice of Jethro's own recipe marinades. The pieces of chicken are huge and gloriously juicy. Choose from Piri Piri: chilli, garlic and olive oil or Provencal: lemon, rosemary and bay leaf or from three others. The chicken is grilled while you wait so allow 15 minutes to get your food. They also sell various mashed potato dishes; garlic mash, nutmeg mash or fresh herb - roast potatoes, a wonderful mushroom risotto, cous cous and salads. There is a whole delicious range of home-made desserts including a very dark, rich chocolate mousse with fresh cream and a lovely tiramisu. Jethro's also do breakfast from 8.30a featuring filled tortillas and omelettes. Deliveries are in evenings only.
