• Karim's, in West Hove is a perennial winner of best curry house by the Curry Club. Karim's can certainly be recommended for clean, fresh surroundings and delicious food. Walls are a lively bright yellow and tableware is smart. Modern jazz music replaces traditional Indian sounds. The menu is varied but perhaps a little pricey. Starters such as Aloo Pakora and try the hot and dry Vegetable Ceylon or the Salmon Palak served with a hot orange and ginger sauce, pilaw and wild rice. Accompany your meal with chilli nan bread. All meals are beautifully presented and are of excellent quality.
