There are two floors well stocked with most subjects found on a comprehensive university syllabus and more general subjects, including Travel, Archaeology, Architecture, Journalism, Art History, Humor, Sport and Leisure. The books are mainly hardbacks and well kept so the prices are greatly reduced; some rarer magazines are fairly expensive. There is a good local history section. Books are bought if they are in mint condition.
