Description:
- In the heart of North Laine and close to the railway station, this is a beautiful place to practice meditation, learn about Buddhism and meet new friends. Run by the Friends of the Western Buddhist Order, the centre is open M-F 12-3p, when visitors can view the building, browse in the bookshop, meditate in one of the shrinerooms or simply talk to someone over a nice cup of tea. Drop in Astanga yoga classes take place daily.
