These late 19th century brownstones have been fully restored into three of the town's most charming and inviting guesthouses, offering pleasant accommodations at surprisingly affordable rates. Better rates for longer stays! Rates range from $99 low season to $199 high season. Luxury extended stay units featuring full kitchens and cookware are available for those who will be staying for a minimum of 30 days or more. Copley location and Beacon Street locations are available. Rates vary from $77 - $250 a day based on a minimum stay of 30 days. Please inquire about these exquisite suites. All buildings are situated in pleasant residential neighborhoods, within walking distance of the bustling commercial squares of Coolidge Corner, Washington Square, Boston University, Boston College, Fenway Park, and minutes away from Downtown Boston via public transportation or even a lovely stroll.
