Saul - Brooklyn

  • Description:

    • Saul brings a taste of Manhattan to Carroll Gardens. The restaurant is owned by Chef Saul Bolton (previously a chef at Le Bernardin and Bouley in Manhattan). Duck Confit, Samlon Tartare and Lamb Chops stand out on the menu as excellent choices, and are complemented by a well-rounded wine list. Fresh flowers, a simple hardwood floor, cherry wood bar and tin ceiling add to this elegant dining experience. A three-course prix-fixe menu is also available.
