i have a couple favorites, if you're up to go to Matonge, then, go to the Belgo Belge, rue de la Paix, my ultimate favorite!!!!
if it's full, then try the Volle Gas on Place Fernand Coq.
In the city centre, i'd go for Fin de Siecle, very popular and very good, I actually miss it a lot!! (not as much as the Belgo Belge though....)
Le Chat Noir is good as well as it's open very late (like 5 or something... hope it helps!)
