Downtown Bryce Canyon National Park Hotels

  • The Best of NileGuide
  • While Bryce Canyon doesn't exactly have a downtown, we picked our favorite lodging that is the closest to, if not in, the park itself. From campgrounds to RV hookups to simple motels to spacious accommodations, these places are the closest to downtown Bryce Canyon hotels you can find.

If you want to be right inside Bryce Canyon itself, look into the Bryce Canyon Lodge, Sunset Campground, or North Campground. The campgrounds each have tent spaces as well as RV hookups. The Bryce Canyon Lodge, lauded for its 1920s-style elegance and grace, is the only hotel lodging within Bryce Canyon, as well as the only restaurant.

Right outside Bryce, one of your best bets is the fairly new (built in 2009) Best Western Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel. Featuring entirely smoke-free space for 120 guests (ah, breathe in that clean air, inside and out), a pool, whirlpool, business center, a short walk to the Bryce Canyon shuttle stop, and all the amenities you expect from a Best Western, this hotel is an excellent choice for its location.

The Ruby's Inn hotels and restaurants have a corner on the rest of the market, and they're a decent stay. You can choose from hotel rooms, RV sites, and some campground spaces. Also nearby the park are Bryce Canyon Pines, home of delicious pies, and Bryce View Lodge, which predictably has a stellar view along with decent rooms.
