For a delectable pastry treat called flódni this small pastry shop is the only place to find it. Flódni is a layered pastry with apple, poppy seed, walnuts, and plum jam; it is an old Eastern European traditional pastry, we have only found here. Every pastry we sampled has been fresh and delectable. They have diabetic pastry selections also. Order a coffee and wander upstairs to their funky cafe area and bring your laptop, the Wi-Fi is free here. They just started featuring local Hungarian artists creating a gallery atmosphere. If it catches on, they will do a rotating art show. They have a second location called the Bulldog Cukrászda. You can also order a custom cake from their website and have it delivered in to someone special in Budapest.
