Description:
- Ping opened in 1997 and is an excellent place to go for Chinese food if you are in the Moszkva ter area. There is a delightful Chinese winter garden covered with a glass roof, which contains rocks, plants and fish swimming in the pool. This lends the restaurant an air of serenity. The dishes are selected from traditional Sichuan and Bejing styles of cuisine. Head chef Csen Fulin used to wield the wok in the five-star Vocsou Hotel in Beijing.
