- Sushi Sei, classed as one of the top 100 restaurants in Budapest in 2009, now has four restaurants around the city. The original one is located in Óbuda, the oldest and one of the most charming parts of Budapest, closely followed by a separate Sushi Bar under the same name and address. The two others can be found in the city centre, and are more recent additions to the Budapest Japanese dining scene.
The chef has been making sushi for 38 years now, meaning that he has not only mastered the art of practically every type of sushi there is, he has also added some of his own inventions to the repertoire.
