The head chef is an Italian who has all the recipes right. If you love authentic Italian, you owe it to yourself to give this place a try. They even offer cooking classes with their Italian chefs. The decor is simple, leaning more towards the rustic than the formal, but that is what real Tuscan dining is all about. The atmosphere is relaxed, comfortable and very conducive to enjoying the delicious food. The dishes are all classically prepared. Freshly baked and still-hot Focaccia is delivered shortly after you arrive. The menu is full of Italian favorites, all prepared to perfection. The salads are first class, the pastas the most "al dente" in the city, and the sauces are very honest.
