Description:
- Located on the border between Budapest and Budakeszi—10 kms from the city of Budapest—, Vadaspark is actually a large and protected forest. Within its tangle of greenery live all sorts of birds and small creatures—some indigenous to the region and others which have been brought in over the years. The forest can be navigated using the network of paths. Every season has its specialties: spring flowers, fall colors, summer jungle. There are stands at various places where you can wait and watch for some of the birds and animals to show themselves. There are no lions, tigers and bears, but you will see a lot of birds and maybe a small mammal or two.
