Roosevelt Square 5
1051 Budapest, Hungary
District V Belváros-Lipótváros - Pest side
This Secessionist palace built for the Gresham Insurance Company in 1907 is now the most expensive hotel of Budapest, the Four Seasons Hotel. Secessionism has become the signature style of the city, with the Gresham Palace being one of its finest examples. The ornamentation and folk motif decorated ironwork gate make the building a uniquely Hungarian masterpiece.
