Rác Hotel and Bath

Description:

• The Rác Hotel and Thermal Bath used to be a traditional Turkish-style bath house dating back to the 16th century, built by the Ottoman Turks but has been recently re-modelled into a two-in-one hotel bath complex. The new building preserves as much of the original building as possible, including an octagonal pool and cupola now hidden behind a 19th century style facade. The remaining parts of the original structure are on the UNESCO world heritage list.
  
  The luxury bath house open to non-hotels guest as well, has three main elements: The 16th century Turkish bath, 19th century romantic cupola and the modern sauna and day spa with a VIP section. All this is spread across 8 square km comprising of 13 pools, several saunas, a sunbathing terrace, 21 treatment rooms offering different types of therapies, a beautician section for special cosmetic treatments and a hairdressing salon.
