- the closest zoo is approximately 65km far from Trencin. It is in city of Bojnice. The ZOO is located in the gardens of Bojnice castle, which is considered as the nicest one in Slovakia. So you get 2 in 1 - ZOO and nicest . Opening times can be found on following address: http://www.zoobojnice.sk/hodiny.php; despite it is only in Slovak it is readable
