A neighborhood away from the glare of Palermo Soho, Congo Bar is nothing like its name would suggest. A moody and stylish supper club and casual drinking bar located on an edgy section of Honduras more familiar with Nike-wearing locals than stiletto strutting tourists. Visitors arrive to a dimly lit lounge and galley bar lined in terracotta tiles with wood paneled walls and minimalist vibe that opens to a small dining room with it's own foodie following.
