- Fugees 99, a dive of a hip hop-club off a side-street in San Telmo, was opened by a Nigerian immigrant and marks a drastic change of speed from the typical electronica-heavy clubs of Buenos Aires. A fun and funky mix of Brooklyn and LA imports blast through the speakers, and the eclectic mix of foreigners and hip hop-hungry locals keep this hole in the wall bumping until well after sunrise.
