    The Appart Towers is situated right in Retiro, which may not be the most picturesque or chic area of the city, but is one of the best neighborhoods to be based in for a short-term stay. You can easily catch any subway, bus, or train within a few blocks, and no location in the city will be much more than 30 minutes from the hotel. Book a room at the Appart if location is more important to you than luxury or bargain deals.

    • It's not terrible. But it isn't close to 4 stars and I wouldn't even say it's 3 stars. The decor is tired - decades old and not in a good way - tired. I have stayed...

      Rather a mixed bag - some bad, some good, some horid

    • Inefficient unhelpful lazy reservation staff (Melisa) who did not pass our flight change (unplanned due to Qantas craziness) on to airport taxi which resulted in double charge to us....
