Tango lovers unite at the Dandi Royal, a surprisingly luxe hotel on a rather unexpected block on the western edge of San Telmo. The hotel – which, for all intensive purposes runs as a regular upscale hotel, with all of the expected ammenities – specializes in tango and offers classes daily in one of the three large, glamorous dance salons, instructed by the hotel owner or a special invitee. Aside from the dance of romance, the hotel has a lovely rooftop pool and a pair of leafy patios, along with a nice collection of art and some of those classic touches that bring the level of charm up.
