Description:
Tucked away in an unassuming part of San Telmo, this boutique hotel is a fantastic Art Nouveau house and takes its name from the former owners' cocker spaniel. The structure has 16-foot-high ceilings and a variety of public spaces, including a sitting room graced by a piano, and a rooftop garden with a fantastic view. The decor in each of the five rooms varies -- some are modern and stark while others have French touches. If you are looking for romance, choose the rooftop room with its own private patio. Guests can use the shared kitchen in the hotel. Be aware that the staircases throughout this hotel make it a difficult choice for people with limited mobility.
