- Carlitos is a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.They have many locations but my favorit is the one in recoleta. They have the best sweet and salt pancake in Buenos Aires, also the burgers and the banana milkshake are excellents. The "Dulce de Leche pancake" is served hot, are also others with icecream, banana, and many more variations.
