Description:
- Novecento alludes to the quintessential American bar albeit one married to a South American barra. All the more reason for it to stand out in the las Cañitas neighborhood. The food is a blend of nouvelle cuisine and good home-cooked seafood. It's also hard to miss the attention to detail, whether it's the kitchen staff and their meticulous presentation or the servers and busboys with their charm. Most of them are also bi-lingual, comfortable in English as they are in Spanish. Not surprising, given the number of tourists who pass through.
