• This is an extremely busy store, selling mostly shoes and other items for tango dancers. The best items are women's shoes, but there's also a variety of men's shoes. Many shoes are in stock for immediate purchase, but many styles have to be custom-made. This can take up to a week, so plan around this during your trip. Shoe prices begin at about $50 (£36) a pair. Eduardo is one of the talented shoe technicians, and he can also offer tips on the tango scene. The store is surrounded by several similar ones, so check out this block for a wider selection. This store is open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 10pm.
