I highly recommend you take the wine tasting at ''EL QUERANDI'' in San Telmo. They offer a very good wine tasting with food pairing Monday to Saturday. I dont know about that in Buenos Aires, but you should check in Mendoza! any tour to a wine cellar will teach you a little about argentinean wines. There are several visits at Zuccardi en mendoza, Ive recently been there and recomend it for sure. Check the zuccardi (www.familiazuccardi.com) web site

No idea in BA...you should go to Mendoza. there are many tours there, and you can also do the "wine route"
