hi , there are lots of dress makers in belgrano, but i dont know if in this small time they will be abel to make it, you coud chek in galeria marga, in cabildo 2350 there are a lot of dress makers, and locals that sells dresses there is a big chance for you to get a dress maker there, hope you get lucky and find that dress,
