You will find a lot of libraries with english books in BA.
If you enjoy the books i would like to recommend you to visit El Ateneo, a bookshop converted from an old theatre in downtown Buenos Aires. It was voted as one of the most beatiful bookshops in the world. (by The Guardian - in 2nd place !!!)
Enjoy BA, is a great city.

Well, actually that is a list of 'bookstores' that may have some books in English.
The best English bookstore in Buenos Aires is in San Telmo, with both new and second-hand books, at 617 Estados Unidos between Chacabuco and Peru, called Walrus.
