Gin Gin Restaurant

• There are few authentic Chinese restaurants outside of major cities like New York, Los Angeles or San Francisco (not to mention China), so finding a reasonably priced restaurant that doesn't serve "chop suey" as the real deal is a pleasure. Gin Gin serves all sorts of "home style" Chinese cooking and even, on weekends "dim sum" made to order rather than brought around on carts. Portions are generous and are not subject to the icky, thick sauces that Americans think of as being "Chinese."
