Edith's has long been considered one of the finest restaurants in Los Cabos, and offers casually elegent surroundings and traditional Guerrero-style food featuring mesquite grilled local seafood and steaks,. Owner Edith Jimenez has been in San Lucas for over 30 years, and, after working her way up from the waitstaff, has owned the restaurant for the past 17 years. The menu includes Mexican specialties like quesadillas, fajitas, and enchiladas, as well as a healthy selection of salads and seafood entrees featuring shrimp and lobster. They also serve beefy entrees like filet mignon and New York-cut steaks. There is a full bar available, as well as a good selection of Mexican wines. Enjoy the romantic candle light ambiance here, but due to the high reputation enjoyed by the restaurant, reservations are highly recommended. As an added bonus, the restaurant is steps away from Medano Beach, and a moonlight walk along the sands to work off your banana flambe is a perfect after-dinner treat.
