For those who want to experience the very best food, wine, and service that Cabo San Lucas has to offer, there are a select group of restaurants that are head and shoulders above the crowd. Sunset da Mona Lisa is the best, combining exquisite seafood and Italian dishes with great service, an on-site sommelier, and world-class views of Land's End and Bahia San Lucas from cliff-side tables. This restaurant is so romantic it should come with a warning attached. The only place in town that is even close is El Farallon at the Capella Hotel. It features cliff-side dining with tables perched over the Pacific Ocean, and market-style fresh local seafood prepared to order by the talented chef. Alcaravea Gourmet lacks the views and romance of Sunset da Mona Lisa and El Farallon, but is considered by many to have the best food in all of San Lucas. The menu features Italian and Mediterranean dishes complimented by an internationally representative wine lists, and delivered by a first-class waitstaff. Edith's, near Medano Beach, has been considered one of Cabo San Lucas' finest for over two decades now, and continues to impress with traditional Mexican cuisine.
