Capella Pedregal's Auriga Spa offers treatments designed to tap into the power of celestial rhythms by harnessing the energies of the lunar cycle. Auriga believes that the various phases of the moon impact the body in different and specific ways. For instance the new moon provides an opportunity for renewal and introspection, the waxing moon signifies a time to refocus, the full moon a period when one's full potential can be reached, and the waning moon a perfect time to cleanse. There are ten private treatment rooms, and water and sound therapies are also available.
