Cabo San Lucas is a nature lover's paradise, with abundant opportunities for sailing, hiking, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, zip lining, and exploring the historic towns and villages of Baja California Sur.
Cabo Outfitters provides an excellent introduction to the wonders of the area, with excellent adventure packages that allow you to kayak in beautiful Bahia Cabo Pulmo, or take an off-road jeep trip to the canyons of the Sierra de la Lagunas. If your tastes run to more interactive adventures, drive up to La Paz and swim with the whale sharks in the bay. For a glimpse of a traditional Mexican village, take a trip to La Candelaria east of Todos Santos, and watch the mountain potters at work. While you are in the area, check out the historical art district of Todos Santos, and visit the famed Hotel California. Too cultural?
