  These small studio condos are one of the best deals in town, especially for those who are in Los Cabos for an extended period of time. Priced at about 45,000 USD for the condos, they rent as apartments for around 350 USD per month, depending on what floor you are on (getting gradually more expensive as you move from the first to third floor). Good city views, and a perfect place for the single set to stay in San Lucas, as the crowd at La Roca tends towards young working women. The pool is large and kept at a nice cool temperature to offset what is often sweltering heat, particularly during the summer months. There are a number of great restaurants close by, as well as a full basketball court. The condos come furnished, and include air conditioning, a television, microwave, two-burner stove, mini fridge, dinette table, and fold-out couch. The bathrooms are small, and the units themselves are only 259 square feet, but La Roca is a two block walk from pretty much everything, and a great place with nice amenities at a very reasonable price for those who don't mind living in intimate surroundings.
