Description:
This 55 condo complex offers condominiums and rentals for a variety of budgets, including 2 and 3 bedroom layouts, and a sprawling 7000 square foot penthouse. The degree of luxury here is largely a function of views. Some condos have great bay and marina views, some have virtually no views at all. The pool and gym are both very nice, as is the hot tub. Neither the pool nor gym is ever especially busy, and you can get a work-out and swim without waiting for equipment. Superb central location near the Malecon, Casino Royale (if you like gambling or sports betting), local hang-out bars, and is within short walking distance of dozens of great restaurants. The fact that several local real estate agents live here should say something about the quality of this development.
