  One of the Solmar Group of restaurants, El Galeon is a very elegant place featuring white tablecloths, a grand piano, fine Italian food, and excellent views of the marina. The piano has been manned by Argentinean Ronal Valentino for over 25 years, and his repertoire runs to both classical pieces as well as the American songbook. Valentino, along with the delicious food, gives this restaurant the most charming yet formal atmosphere of any place in town. The menu is traditional Italian, with appetizers like carpaccio, antipasto, prosciutto and melon, and other favorites. There are soups and salads like stracciatella and caprese, entrees like veal marsala and fettucini alfredo. They even offer a menu of pizzas. However, steak lovers need not worry. They vary from the standard Italian restaurant playbook in offering New York strip, rib-eye, filet, baby rack of lamb, and other meaty steakhouse-style options. The prices here, like the atmosphere, are upscale.
