  At this point, so many people have touted Tres Gallos as the most underrated restaurant in Los Cabos that it can no longer be considered a cult favorite. The secret is out. This is the best Mexican food available in Los Cabos, and with the possible exception of Deckman's At Havana, maybe the best restaurant in the entire area. Everything on the menu is delicious, but the mole dishes, in particular, are spectacular. This is traditional Mexican cuisine at its finest. There is a romantic courtyard dining area shaded by apple and mango trees, and the service, like the food and atmosphere, is first-class. Best of all, Tres Gallos is very affordable, with every item on the menu checking in at 180 pesos (about $14 US) or less.
