• If you overhear the word "gringo" here, don't take offense. This place is well-known by the locals for serving what they fondly refer to as mex-gringo food. It's just the Americanized version. If you're not familiar with that, it means the typical Mexican food is offered without the really robust seasonings; a more-bland version. It's still very good and there will be no Montezuma's revenge for sampling it. The cocktails, on the other hand, have not been toned down. They are strong enough to please pirates.
