  This is one of the toughest tickets going. If you are not paying 1000 USD a night and up to stay in The Ridge at Playa Grande luxury villas, you are not eligible for this restaurant. In a town where spectacular views are often the norm, this is the gold standard. Multiple Infinity pools with views of Pedregal, the Pacific Ocean, the marina, Medano Beach, the mountains, and the entirety of the town of San Lucas. Did I mention the giant water slide? The food is outstanding and so is the service, with cocktail service available from the swim-up palapa bar supported by marble columns. Dining is al fresco, and includes a menu rich in local seafood. The ceviches are unbelievable. The pool bar menu is cheaper than the bistro menu, including some terrific gruyere sandwiches, if you happen to be on a budget. Then again, if you are on a budget, you wouldn't be here in the first place.
