Exotikite specializes in kiteboarding apparel, rentals, and lessons, and is located in the small East Cape town of Los Barriles, where the Lord of the Wind Showdown is held every January. The Lord of the Wind is one of the world's best windsurfing and kiteboarding competitions, and Los Barriles is a popular destination for extreme water sports aficionados from November through March, when the strong El Norte winds blow down the Sea of Cortés. The shop is located on the main street downtown, and in addition to boards, wetsuits, and sunglasses, also offers espresso drinks and free wi-fi.
