Weird place, fragile toilets...throw rubbish outside window!

Stayed here for 2 days in May 2012. Cheap place but dirty, dusty. Nothing Canadian about this place! Sign in 2 bathrooms said toilets are fragile, put soiled toilet papers in the rubbish...
