Is this couples entry policy for clubs applicable to tourists as well?

Well it depends on the club and ofcourse the hour.... most clubs they keep track and allow couples only before midnight and after midnight ... a little bit after that they allow singles to get in as well.

no it won't apply to tourists, and most clubs in Egypt don't really give you hard times with the couples policy , specially if your a tourist.

As everywhere in the world, the rules are applied to everyone in the same way. Although, in Cairo, this rule is not always strictly applied to tourists, especially at early hours!
