• The flagship establishment for this national chain with three Calgary locations sports a wild decor with some of the most imaginative seating arrangements in town. The chairs at one table are shaped like giant pink hands, and there is a long leather bench curving along one wall that slopes upwards like a stairway banister. The walls are covered with eclectic murals that feature swirling, vibrant colors, setting off the brightly painted coffee mugs, teapots and coffee makers arranged for sale on shelves around the room. There are over 20 types of pre-ground coffees available, as well as 15 specialty drinks and steamers. The most popular drink is the Caramel Corretto, and the Raspberry Oatmeal Turnovers are generally agreed to be the best anywhere. Every Thursday local bands perform live in the dining room.
