Hotels near the Calgary airport are comfortable and usually set up for business conferences. The major of hotels near Calgary's airport are on Barlow Trail NE, which runs south from the airport. This area is largely commercial, with lots of restaurants, hotels, and offices. The hotels near YYC are all serviced by shuttle buses, as public transit to the Calgary airport is limited.
The Acclaim Hotel is one of Calgary's best hotels, and it also happens to be right near the airport. The focus here is on comfort and service. Most people expect an airport hotel to just be a (hopefully) clean room, but Acclaim takes pride in making is a great place to stay for any traveler.
