I will state for the record there are some rockin Vietnamese restaurants in the northeast but if you want your fix for pho you can get a decent bowl here. My fav is the succulent spicy...

We used to go there often but the food has gone down hill and the service has always been quite unfriendly. We find they use more salt than other similar establishments in the area.
