    • Named after the gentleman bandit himself, Murrieta's Bar & Grill is tucked away in Calgary's downtown, close to the theatre district and many hotels. A lunchtime favorite for Calgary's movers and shakers, dinner at Murietta's features a large appetizer menu (including Crab Cakes and PEI Mussels), perfect for sharing with friends over drinks before a night on the town. Entrees focus on creative takes on Canadian classics, like a West Coast Bouillubaise, Roasted Brome Lake Duck Breast, and a duo of Lamb Chops and Braised Shoulder. Five different types of fish are served "simply" with a choice of glazes (try the Wild B.C. Sockeye Salmon with Saffron Citronette). Murrieta's enjoys an extensive beer and wine list voted as best in the city by FFWD Magazine, including an impressive selection of reserve vintages from around the world.
