• Kim's specializes in a variety beef noodle soups. Bowls come in three sizes: small is enormous, large is for sharing and extra-large will probably feed an extended family. In addition, the delicious noodle and rice dishes on the menu feature such delights as deep fried quail, grilled pork chops, Vietnamese sausage and shrimp skewered on sugar cane. The brave will wash down their meal with one of the exotic-sounding beverages, such as soda with condensed milk and egg yolk, but most will settle for a delicious iced Vietnamese coffee.
