Having flown in an authentic Napoletana pizza oven from Italy, Pulcinella cooks every crispy, flavorful pizza to order. The basic Margherita pizza is spectacular on its own, a favorite of pizza snobs across the city. For those desiring a little more meat, the Capricciosa with prosciutto cotto and artichokes is quite filling. Not a pizza person? Try a little of everything from the appetizer menu. Fungi Fritti, with hunks of delicately fried oyster mushrooms topped with a sharp gorgonzola sauce and Parmesan Tempura, battered and fried parmesan reggiano atop a bed of of arugula with a sweet balsamic reduction, are two of our favorites (and you don't have to share them if you don't want to).
