Description:
- One noticeable aspect of the ambiance is the huge wine cellar in the middle of the restaurant. Redwater Grille earned the 2010 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, and it's not surprising in the least. Redwater is known for having one of the largest selections of wine in the city, including many small, boutique wineries that can't be found at any other restaurant in Calgary. The food is a fresh take on West Coast cuisine and is reflective of seasonal tastes. Redwater has a casual yet elegant feel, and the dress code is a hat-free "Smart Casual." Service is consistently excellent, and the staff are dressed in a professional manner. However, there are no high-chairs or kid's menus.
